To reach the “Plans and Subscriptions” section, simply click on your profile icon at the top right and then “ Account Settings“.

You will be redirected to this page.

From here, to reach the Plans and Subscriptions section, you will need to click the same item on the menu on the left. Once clicked, you will land on a similar screen.

From here you just have to click “ Plans and subscriptions” on the menu on the left of the screen and you will land on the corresponding page.

How to interpret the Credits and Limits section?

The first part of “Plans and subscriptions” is dedicated to “Credits and limits”.

In this section, you can monitor all the limits associated with your account, the credits you have left, the projects you can still create, the number of keywords you can still track the results, and so on. Here is a brief description of all the items within this section.

Users (1): maximum number of users included in your plan. “4” corresponds to the maximum number of users of the plan and “1” the users already included. “3 left” stands for the number of users still to be included.
Projects (2): number of SEO Projects you can create with your account. “15” corresponds to the maximum number of SEO projects in the plan and “3” the projects already created.
Analysis per day (3): maximum number of SEO analyses you can perform each day with our tools. “500” corresponds to the maximum number of daily analyzes of the plan and “0” the analyzes already made.
SEO On-Page (4): allows you to carry out in-depth On-Page SEO analyses.
Keyword Research (5): allows you to find thousands of long-tail keywords with low SEO difficulty.
Competitor Analysis (6): allows you to analyze the SEO of competitors.
SEO Content Analysis (7): allows you to analyze the SEO copywriting metrics of your content.
Resources scannable per Month (8): number of web resources you can crawl with our SEO Spider each month. “50,000” corresponds to the maximum number of scannable web resources of the plan and “5,903” the resources already scanned.
Max scanned pages per project (9): maximum number of web pages that you can scan in a single scan. “5,000” is the maximum per project.
Data retention (months) (10): maximum time to store historical data. “3” months for this plan.
Keyword List (11): maximum number of keyword lists you can create. “50” corresponds to maximum number of lists attainable with this plan and “16” already created.
Max results per keyword (12): maximum number of results that can be displayed for each keyword analyzed. “10,000” maximum for this plan.
Max results per domain (13): maximum number of results for each analyzed domain. “100” maximum for this plan.
Update frequency (days) (14): updates for each keyword monitored. Every “7” days.
Tracked keywords (15): maximum number of keywords you can track. “1,000” maximum for this plan and “78” being tracked right now.
Exports .csv per day (16): maximum number of data files (.csv) downloadable each day. “100” maximum for this plan.
Downloadable PDF Reports per Month (17): maximum number of SEO Reports you can download each month. “50” maximum for this plan.
White-label Reports (18): allows you to send customizable SEO Reports.
SEO Writing Assistant Tool (19): helps to write contents that rank high.
Campaigns (20): maximum number of lead generation campaigns you can create. “10” maximum for this plan.
Leads included per month (21): number of contacts included in your plan. “50” maximum leads with this plan.

How can I expand the limits of my plan?

In case you are shown a screen that says “ Insufficient Credits” when creating another project, just send an email to support@seotesteronline.com.

How to manage the subscription and payment methods?

You can access this section by clicking “ Subscriptions” on the left to monitor all your active and expired subscriptions.

How to change or add a payment method?

Click “ Change Payment Method” (1) to change the default payment method. You can add a new credit card by clicking the green button “ Add a new credit card“.

You will input your card number, the expiry date, and the CVC code. Secure payment methods are used to preserve privacy.

How to disable automatic renewal?

Go to the “ Subscriptions” section to find your active subscriptions and click “ Cancel automatic renewal”. Just follow the flow to deactivate it.

How to activate automatic renewal?

To re-enable automatic renewal, go to the “ Subscriptions” section and click the button to enable it.

How to choose a new subscription plan?

In the “Subscriptions” section, view your expired plans. By clicking “ Choose a new plan” you will be redirected to our Pricing Page.

How to download the payment invoice?

To download invoices, go to the “Invoices” section in “Plans and Subscriptions”. You can view the assistance ID, status, date, and total for each invoice.
